[WIP] Abandonded Warehouse

I felt like I did not have the skills to make a real game environment yet. Ever project I made in the past was to learn new skills/software. 
So I decided to make a abandonded warehouse environment to learn how to make a good game environment. 
I've made a list of the props and decided to make one prop per day.
The style I had in mind:

Once I was confident in my props and the building, I placed everything together in Unity. I was dissapointed in the first result to be honest, but I didn't know what I did wrong:



A few artists suggested me to change the lightning and the skybox of the scene. So I tried to change it:



I have a list of things I need to do now:
Make the shadow edfes harder
Change the ground texture
Change the skybox
Improve the lightning
Add more props, bags, beams, crates, wooden plates.
Add a few small trees/bushes.
Change the flora.

I could use a lot of feedback ;)!
