Hello,

So I have this problem when I import my model (.fbx file) into Substance Painter, the front panel geometry is invisible. My initial thought was it must be the direction of the Normals. So I checked, and double checked, and triple checked, and the normals are all facing the correct direction. So I can't figure out why this piece of geometry is invisible in Substance Painter, does anyone have any ideas? I could easily remodel this part and unwrap it again, but I'm curious to find out what this problem might be.

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks

Questions: What does the wireframe view look like in substance? Does it show geometry there?
Is your mesh triangluated before loading into substance?
Are you certain those missing faces have their normals facing outward?
