[PAID] Real-Time 3D Production Studio [UNITY]

We are looking for a real-time 3D production studio to assist with the production and assembly of a Unity interactive.

Using 3DMax
  • From supplied Revit and Microstation models assemble the scheme in 3D Max
  • Model and integrate additional buildings via supplied architectural plans
  • Model two historical parts of the site 
  • Light modelling of street level entourage (vegetation, people, vehicles)
  • Model two levels of detail
  • Create two sets of UVs (light and texturing)
  • UV 1 UV models for diffuse
  • UV 2 Unwrap models for lightmaps

Using Photoshop
  • Create PBR textures (diffuse, normal maps and gloss maps)

Using Unity3D
  • Create PBR materials
  • Optimise draw calls and re-layout UVs according to the optimised groups
  • Lights setup and light baking test (to make sure the lightmaps are perfect)
  • Implement street level entourage (speedtree models, 3d people, traffic)

Please email hr@neutral.digital with examples of similar work (must be of the highest quality). A single building art test will be required (3D model and style references will be supplied).
