First realistic character/portrait sculpt in zBrush

Hey guys! I'm making a new portfolio piece and I was wondering if I could get some critique on my latest sculpt. This is my first attempt at making an asset suitable for AAA games.


The sculpt is based off the Japanese street fashion icon Hirari Ikeda. I chose her because I could never get bored of her face. I've been very careful not to exaggerate her eyes (it's a challenge because of the style of makeup) and to keep her expression relaxed. I've not created placeholder eyeballs yet to set in the head so I've just got mannequin eye holes for now.

I'm hoping to use fibremesh to make her short hair and I might sculpt her neck piercing and earrings based off these pictures. 

Any help on how to make her a stronger likeness, or tips on how to bump up the realism, or even a recommendation on how to show her off after she's completed would be greatly appreciated!
