Smoothing Error on Sketchfab Upload...

I'm not too sure what to do about this but upon uploading this mesh into Sketchfab, this smoothing error popped up. It isn't there in Substance Designer, I've checked vertices and edges in 3DS Max for doubles and nothing, the high poly looks great. I'm at a loss. This is the only corner this occurs on. The other three look great. I did duplicate the top and use it as the bottom as well, so two spots to be exact. It has something to do with the mesh. I just don't know how to fix it. When I export, I use FBX 2013. The line matches up with an edge on the wireframe.
