Could you make a small overpaint for me please?

Hi,
I made this:
It's not finished but I decided to ask you for help before I'll sit to this tomorrow.
1) Head. Should be smaller, right? (I copy/pasted proportions from different image but something didn't trigger apparently)
2) Skull knee, that should be easy. Proportions are ****** up, plus need a texture.
3)Wings. Are they too dark?. I think left one is OK but the main part of the right one looks really bad, somehow. Too rectangular?
