my camera is acting weird

Well once again i have managed to hit a button on my keyboard while modelling and now i cant really rotate around and object or move the camera at all with the mouse, the rotate cube is the only way to actually navigate for me atm, which is kind of annoying. so what have i done ? and how/where do i reset it to standard settings so i can navigate normally again XD thanks in advance for answers and have a great day/night

What software? It really helps to put this in the subject line. For example, [Maya] can't move camera?

Try hitting "Alt+Home". This resets the current viewport to it's default.

You can also do it by going to the viewport menu > View > Default View.
