Action Shot Feedback

Hey, guys.
Been working on this for a while. In the polish phase, I still need to key the arms and legs on 1's and there's some weird inbetween's and pops and jitters that I'm going to fix but if you have any feedback on how to get it a little looser or anything else, let me know. How's the shot in general? I can't even tell anymore if its good, decent or rubbish. The cam still needs some finessing but I'll leave that for last.
Also, this shot is supposed to be more grounded and natural so I can't push it too much. Thanks.
