Well I can't paint at a nice level as you (not even close), but there is something that bothers me which is her left ear --> . I think it's not correct where it connects to the head, it's looking small. As we know, the human ear usually has the height of the distance between the eyebrows and the bottom of the nose or so, yeah she isn't a human but I think that the bottom of her ear should be lowered to align with the nose, respecting the perspective, of course. Take this with a grain of salt and I'm thinking on the wow night elves as reference.
