Solved: Suite no longer runs

Ever since the last update, the Suite does not run. The little app with the buttons to launch ndo/3do is not there. When I click on the Suite in the task bar, it opens photoshop but nothing else. When I try to manually run ddo.exe it just crashes.

I tried uninstalling the suite, but that just made it go away from the installed programs list, the files were all there.

I tried downloading the installer and installing it again, but that didn't change anything.

Hey Joe!

Sorry about this - the best advice I can give based on what you've described is to attempt installing to a new directory, like *\Quixel SUITE 2.2\ instead of the default 2.0. This generally fixes it. If it doesn't, we can explore some other options.

Cool thanks, that appears to have fixed it.

Secondary question: Is there some easy way to pull megascans into dDo as new materials?

Until we get Bridge and SUITE to talk, the best way is to open DDO (no need to load a project), click the DDO menu, add a custom material, and load up any Megascan you prefer.

Okay cool, yeah some sort of bridge link would be great, cuz it's time consuming to do this manually for every material. But I'm sure you guys are aware of that. Thanks again
