Windows 7 and 10 One PC?

Is it possible to have 1 computer have both Windows 7 and Windows 10? 

For example:
Have Windows 7 installed on Internal SSD A, and have Windows 10  installed on Internal SSD B?
(Would this not work because of the C drive might conflict?) Thank you.

Yes thats perfectly fine, im doing that but with two hard drives my main drive has windows 10, and now im using an older smaller hard drive with my old copy of windows 7.
