Make Normal map out of Heightdata in Unreal4

Hey guys, I have a greyscale gradient produced by a sine wave, anyhow I was wondering if I can somehow convert that so that it works as normal map data.
I have been trying to figure this out for the past weeks now, and its a real bother. any help would be much appreciated!
