Topogun 2 Groups Issue

Okey this is driving me nuts.
Hope some experienced users in topogun can help me out.
I am a regular used of TG and I am loving it. I am using the Groups feature where you export a model with polygroups from Zbrush to help with the retopology. I used it before but now when I am working on a group, I can move/bridge other mesh from a different group! What gives?!
Even if I hide the group I can literally interact with it like it's part of the group I am working on. It's driving me crazy and I feel my energy getting drained to oblivion.
If some kind lad can help me I'd really appreciate it, cheers!
