Water material troubleshooting

My m_water_lake material is not having opacity like in this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hd8nr29ihdw (6:10), mine is like this : http://prntscr.com/atdkeu.
Can someone help me?

Download the 'Water Planes' sample project located in the 'Learn' tab under 'Engine Feature Samples' section.
That project contains a transparent water material.
