Tutorials on 3D Sidescrollers in UE

Sorry for may be obvious for someone things, but I really don't understand why there are no tutorial videos on creating 3D sidescrollers using blueprints in Unreal Engine? You can find one or two on 2D sidescrollers but they are very basic or focusing on certain steps only (like level design or materials). Aren't there any good 3D sidescroller (with blueprints) tuts out there?

That video doesn't seem Mechanically too different from "Platformer Game" on the UE4 Learn Tab, or the Side Scroller Project Template (not 2D Side Scroller) though, I don't know of any tutorials that will hold your hand along the way.
