Is this shine caused by incorrect smoothing groups? (Unreal 4)

Hey guys

I noticed this random shiny patch on my mesh even though there is only one material and the surface is flat. Is this due to incorrect smoothing groups? I tried re-exporting the mesh again with reset smoothing groups but the problem seems to persist. Thanks for any help you can offer
