Need Help with this Energy Shield effect

Hey guys, i'm looking for a way to make this kind of energy shield effect in UE4

For the material as well as the blueprint of the bullet hit animation. If any one has a tutorial of it, please share.

    Well, I can at least get you pointed in a direction on part of that. For the hit effect, you'll probably want to grab that data via blueprint, and use that to drive a sphere mask, that also has it's radius controlled by a blueprint event.
