Fix for Blurry resolution on a hand painted particle

So I am just starting in stylized 2d vfx animations, and rendering them out in UE4 v 4.9.2 and capturing the attacks using matinee. It's still pretty loose, however, when I play the attack in the viewport, everything works fine and looks pretty clean, but when I try to capture it with matinee, the first few frames of my attack is really blury?

I have no LoDs on the particle system and wanted to know if anyone has seen this problem before or knows how to fix it.
