Hi,

I'm having an issue with DDO. All the varnished smart materials are not working. Other channels are fine but the albedo is just a flat color (dark orange), it should be a wood texture.

    Hey, Ray! This appears to be an issue with the installation of the Suite - I would recommend attempting a clean reinstall of the software to the default directory prompted in the installer. Missing patterns for textures can usually be sorted out with that method.

    Hi,

    I tried to download the Quixel again and also did a clean reinstall but couldnt help. All the varnished wood materials are still missing albedo maps.

    Ah, I see what's causing it now - the material exists but it isn't pulling from the material library. Click the checkered circle next to the DynaMask for Varnished Wood, and select Wood - Lacquered in the material browser. That will solve this issue - we'll be patching this in a future update. Sorry about the trouble! :smile:
