Weird viewport glitch - need help!

Hey polycounters! Has anyone ever had this glitch, where the viewport looks like if it was an orthografic view, but it's perspective, all meshes are transparent and flicker, and all the icons face top?
This problem persists on other levels, aswell. Other projects are fine.

I made a post on Answerhub, but haven't got an answer yet, thought I might ask here aswell. Any info would be appreciated.

    This is very interesting, don't take me wrong... I feel bad that you have spent so much time on such a great scene for it to be ruined by Unreal.
    On the other hand there is probably a simple solution right around the corner.

    Have you tried removing a couple of lights from the scene, just to see if that makes any difference?

    I actualy recreated the project. Copied all the .uasset files, copied all the light and postprocess parameters. Took me a few hours.
    Haven't had a decent answer on AnswerHub yet, I figured, in time they they gave me a solution to fix the project, I might just recreate it and move forward.
