(Paid) Seeking mentor in Character art

Hello, I'm a junior level artist trying to get better.
I'm looking for an experience artist to give me a bit of guiding in the following areas:
Zbrush sculpting
Maya
Texturing in photoshop and or substance painter
I'm willing to pay, I know most professionals are swamped for time.
I'm thinking the pay could be between 20-40 dollars an hour depending on the person's art experience, and mentoring experience, and the type of mentoring they want to do.
Since there all sorts of different ways to mentor, I'll work that out in PM with applicants.
