Zbrush 2.5d AA Material Capture

So Im trying best render, I turn off shadows and put on AA. MRGBGrab Render seems to ignore this, so I end up with pixelated edges.

What exactly am I doing wrong?

To reiterate:
Attempting to capture 2.5 albedo and normal. BUT with AntiAliasing on which only seems to happen with the best render on. The thing is I cant get a flat render with Best (still shading, even with shadows off). So how do I make a best render mimic a flat render so I can have AA?

I know the trick about making the doc twice the size and reducing it by half, but that only works if you originally made the texture twice the size. I didn't as I thought there was a way around this.
