Hi,
I would like to rebuilt/restructure my website, here is link of my website http://www.kolayamit.com/. The problem with my website is i cannot view all my artworks at the same time, have to scroll down to see all my works. I want a website format like this one http://peperaart.com/. I have made my website with google blogger, and added my domain name into it. I would like to know can build websites like this http://peperaart.com/ in google blogger, or i have to use something else. Please give me some advise/suggessions.

I don't know much about blogger but i found these so there must be some CSS or other methods.

I made my own in wordpress using some google-fu and underscores.

EDIT: This one seems like the best match after looking

So you are going for something grid based I guess.

Looking at Paul Peperas page I'd say you could do it yourself, if you wanted to learn some basic html/css. Here's another one by snefer: http://torfrick.com/

Something like carbonmade might be a start though, if you don't want to do it yourself. But you will be quite limited of course, there's only so much they let you customize, even if you pay.

If you have basic scripting knowledge or anything like that I'd rather go for it myself than pay someone. It's not complicated unless you want something super fancy. - my opinion
(and yes I'm currently using carbonmade)

Thanks for replying Cay, yes i am looking for a grid based website. I may learn HTML/CSS if time permits, lets see. Found some nice tutorials in youtube to learn from

I am going to try the templates first that was kindly posted by iadagraca.

I tried the iportflio template and few others, but the defaults are not my liking. And to customize i have to learn HTML/CSS, guess there is no other way around. Thank you iadagraca and Cay for you help.

By "google fu" I mean googling when I encounter issues or to search for tutorials for things I wanted to do with my site. I'm no web developer/coder so I had to google a lot to get what I wanted or for reference.

Underscores is a base wordpress theme that gives you a well made "Core" to make a proper theme out of. Zero design all starter code.

It was basically as simple as making a concept for what I wanted in Photoshop then recreating that concept through CSS code and some free scripts available online.

You can get the source code for my personal site here if you like (may not work on your personal site out of the box due to my bad coding).

It's pretty easy to take a wordpress theme you sorta like and customize it into something you like though. There's also blogger to wordpress importers too.

Got it iadagraca :), thanks. I decided to learn some basic HTML/CSS to just edit my portfolio themes in blogger, i want to stick to blogger because all my files and my domain name is linked to Blogger. If i switch to Wordpress i have to invest in hosting, which i don't want to :).

I've done theming for wordpress and tumblr, but never got around to blogger so I can't say how hard it is. I understand it uses xml, which is similar to html, however some tags are different. This is some "been there, done that" advice but you could most definitely save yourself a lot of time and headaches by just searching "grid based blogger themes" and find ones you like. First result I found: http://www.cssauthor.com/grid-style-blogger-templates/
