Is there is plug in or a script that can change Maya's move rotate controls to Max's controls? I like Maya but my fingers get cramped with rotating and moving things on the screen.

I would recommend you learn the maya way as it works best with marking menus. Mark9ng menu is one of the strongest feature of Maya
