Unreal 4 lightmaps look low res even with good lightmaps on 1024

Hey guys. i just started using unreal engine 4 and i've had this problem for the past 3 days.

For some reason my lightmaps look very very low even on 1024 resolution.
Now i know my lightmap uv are not the best but they have no errors and even with these uv's it schould not look this bad i assume.

The scene is divided in 8 pars on import scale 5.
made in 3ds max.
