Help, can't get Maya UVs pixel perfect in Unity

My textures are pixel art so I need them to be perfectly aligned on my model. I used pixel snap option in Maya and uvs look perfectly aligned when previewed in Maya. However if I import that model and texture to Unity for some reason it adds half of next pixel on texture on one side resulting in half pixel border on that side. Why the difference and how to fix it?
