Our pipeline is moving fast and we need more bandwidth in regard to our level creation.

You would be working for an art director responsible for the overall direction and feel of the levels you would be working on. You will be building prefabs (POI - Point of Interest) that will placed throughout the game.

Here are the key points for what we are looking for:

Experience with modular architectural creation.
Geometry and level prototyping ( experience with pro builder 2 preferred)
Experience with Relief Terrain Pack
Experience with Suimono Water
Experience with Environment Gator
Experience with Unity

You will be given a thorough test to validate your skills. It is important that the prefabs are "perfect", we don't need other developers re-doing or fixing issues in the prefabs. We are very clear on the requirements so you won't have to guess and the collaboration is daily.

We are an exciting new game studio developing our first title.

We are striving for a very high quality experience within the game, high quality graphics and excellent frame per second rates.

Please be passionate about your work and have excellent communication skils. We have team members in several parts of the world so we collaborate daily through Skype with both chat and phone calls. The team is very solid and everyone works very well together.

The hiring process will include multiple discussions with different people on the team and we will do some initial "contract" work with you to verify and validate your experience. After that if there is a match both in skills and team you migrate into a full-time role on our team.

This is not your typical FPS survival game. This game is about collaboration and the positive opportunity afforded in a survival situation.

More specifically the first game in this series is about:

Develop an altruistic interdependent behavior in a diversity of individuals through the institution of consequences that celebrate the transformation of unrealized incompetence to realized incompetence to edification.

The focus is on grand exploration, adventure, learning how to become self-sufficient and working together to create a new global society.
