Hard to say what you did wrong there... because it's overall good job from concept to making texture. So good job man! Next time when you going to create texture make a video of process , coz I'm curious if you sculpted it - if not I'm intersted in which painter program did you make texture mudbox / 3dcoat or just photoshop on flat?
edit.: Dustinbrown is right it lack of contrast I was blind that I didn't saw that.

Thanks dustinbrown and Slitern. Yea, complete agree with you guys. I don't want to excuse my self, but this issue about contrast I think that I have a problem with my cintiq color setting, I have this same issue in other models. I hate this cintiq color settings  >:)

And for Slitern, yea, I think I'll upload some videos, I'll let you know when I do this.
