GDC Business Card Advice

I think I saw a similar thread earlier in this forum, but I didn't want to hijack it with my own question. I am getting my cards ready for GDC and in the past, I've always used one of my latest portfolio pieces as a background on the card (with a blank back). However, I've seen several people mention preferences for a clean, simple look (really liked Tits's card she posted on twitter).

Here is my current card layout, using a picture:



Any thoughts on which would be the way to go?

I honestly think the picture should be on the back with all your information on the opposite side with a flat color, what you have now is nice but I think it can be cleaner.

I like yours how it as, although I'm not a fan of the font, a and o look very similar at a distance. You could also do a very simple pattern on the back or a logo, just do white and light grey.

Yep. Looks great. Only change that needs to be done is the font!

If you want a similar font with a little bit more legibility, try Futura Std Light

Maybe try increasing the font size? It looks kinda small.

Changed up the font to a simpler sans serif. Thanks everyone!

I see nothing wrong with the font. It needs to be readable. making it extravagant may cause issues and uneasy on the eyes.
