I really enjoy this piece. It really does look like the concept. I am a little confused on the web shape happening on the back of his legs. It looks intentional but I can't tell what it is.
Just finished a long-term job, so now I have a little time to come up for air, so the speak. Moved the legs back a little and tried one last pass at a sculpted mane before tossing that. Still need to work on balancing work projects with personal stuff, I'm afraid.
@daniellooartist: Thanks for catching that! The little flipper-things were supposed to be tufts of loose fur, though they took some time to fix. I may end up replacing them with planes as well as the mane, however.
