Hello Polycount

I made a new portfolio and am looking for feedback

hannesdelbeke . com (edit in 2023: removed URL since website is dead, can now be found on https://hannesdelbeke.github.io )

Trying to apply as a 3D-/Technical Artist
My strong points are handpainted textures, lowpoly modeling, and technical knowledge (script rig optimise pipeline)
One thing I have problems with is showing my technical side

Put http://www. in front of your url to make it easier for people to visit your site.

I'd put your projects page as the default when someone goes to the site, its much more impressive (to me) for the amount of complex work you seem to have done. I would try to show off some of the art done for those projects on the 3D page as well in a way that shows consistent work over multiple assets, but don't go overboard with an overwhelming number of images. The hard surface stuff is technically well executed but not inspiring, replace with something thats a prop/item or weapon. The skeleton zbrush character seems unfinished and shows poorly after the great handpainted work above it.

I really like your work, great job! I would differently finish up the skeleton character and maybe do a little bit more with the hard surface work. :)
