New skin for Leblanc

Hey everyone!

For the contest I will be doing a new skin for Leblanc since she doesn't seem to get much love. For her skin I wanted to do something glitzy and glamorous; almost something showgirl-esque. A lot of my inspiration came from movies like The Great Gatsby, Sucker Punch, Moulin Rouge; the song Lady Marmalade and burlesque dancers.

Lately I have been working on some hairstyles and accessories for my skin. I initially found it hard to create concepts for outfits, and I've found focusing on the hair and accessories has really helped my narrow down my ideas for her outfit. Concepts of her outfit and staff will soon follow this post. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Best of luck to you all

I worked on some outfit concepts last night after narrowing down what hairstyles I liked. There is no stand out winner for me, so I'll sit on it for a day or so and hopefully one of them pops out.

Thank you all for your compliments and feedback; it's been very helpful in helping me narrow down my idea ! I think I will take everyone's suggestion and go for number 7. I plan to work on this tomorrow and plan my composition. In the contest brief they suggested focusing on an ability or something unique to the champion, and for this I really want to do something with Leblanc's clone.

I hope to have some thumbnails up within the next day or so

Been working on the composition today. Not overly happy with the thumbnails I have so far, so I'll attempt some more later on. For now, here's an update. Let me know what you all think

Side Note: The purple stuff is meant to be the magic effect that is always around her staff in every one of her splash arts. I should also mention that her staff is going to be a 1920's styled microphone.

AHHHH Flapper Girl Leblanc! Awesome! Full-body sketch 3 is my favorite because of the glittering and flittering dress + the headdress and necklace of number 4. Really excited to see this develop.

Great lighting, it makes the picture interesting. if I may suggest something, make parts of the composition less glossy, I think it will make the piece a little more real, but it has a lot to do with style too of course! ^^

Thank you so much for your feedback ! I see what you mean about it being glossy and I'll defiantly have a go trying to change it. I'm still new to digital painting, so I am a bit unsure how to go about it. But you know what they say, practice makes perfect
