Want to learn ZBrush, don't know where to start.

I'm fairly experienced with using 3Ds Max and I know that ZBrush is an industry standard. I've got a potential job opportunity coming up in 3 months or so and it requires knowing ZBrush.

Where do I start? Is a tablet required? What are some excellent beginner tutorials? Any help appreciated.
