SOLVED: 3D previewer-Bugged wont rotate resize update or move light

Hello I am using the trial version of NDO2 (thought id give it a go to see if its any good for a sci fi project im working on) and am unable to get the 3d previewer to move rotate or move the light and it doesn't seem to update either.
it doesn't update with the refresh button but if I manually change the resolution through the preferences it does in fact update.
it runs fine on my laptop but unfortunately my laptop is to underpowered in general to be in any way useful.
Relevant information:
Grahpics card:
560-ti latest drivers
64 bit I7
32gigs Ram
Dual monitor setup one widescreen one flipped portrait(have tested singular monitor)
id apreciate any help on this

Got a 2nd install from my win7 laptop CD going on a secondary drive but its pretty annoying to have to switch OS to use NDO2.
Quite strange, we've never seen this issue before. Thank you for reporting and for posting your solution. We'll try to reproduce this next.
