zBrush, Problem with Duplicated Tools

Hi Guys,
just started to learn zBrush. I wanted to make tileable Texture.
So i imported a Box from 3DSMAX, divided in zBrush, sculpted the box and want to make a duplicate. Then i sculpted the duplicated Tool to have a different look to the first one.
But now its making me Crazy:
Why he draws both boxes, but just one Tool is selected when i clean up the canvas with ctrl n ?
And why are the Tools visible, also when the eye is closed on all Tools?
Also when i Draw one Box out and leave the Edit Mode, select the other Tool, the drawed one changed to the selected Tool. but i dont want that he changes the tool in the canvas. I tought its already painted, why he changes the tool in the Canvas,too? So i cant make a variation of different stones/boxes...
