Uv'd model, uv template texture not mapping properly in ZBrush

Hi guys I'm having a workflow issue. I unwrapped my model in 3-D studio Max did A UV template ,sent it to Photoshop, set up my texture brought it, back checked it in Max to make sure it was lining up on the model everything looked great. I exported my model to Z brush imported as a OBJ tried to apply that texture to the model and poly paint that texture but the texture is not lining up on the model. I can't understand why it lines up in Max but not Zbrush
