Website design WIP

I hope I'm not breaking any rules by posting this here, but I really want to get feedback on the design of my website, and since it is a 2D design, I figure I'd might get some help here. (I'm not looking for any crits on my models right now, just the functionality and look of my website.)

I'm happy with my worn out text and the color choices I have, but I feel like the flow and the composition of the header is pretty weak. I don't know how to organize the email and resume buttons and dealing with the oblong empty space between those and my name. I know this is kind of a weird request, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Its good that i see your models without clicking on any links.
The Buttons on top right are nice, but Resume dont work.
