[PAID] Looking for Character & Environment concept artists

Hiya Polycount.

As 90% of the respondents have apparently not noticed, I'm going to bold this there.
I am only looking for experienced, qualified, CONCEPT ARTISTS at this stage.

I'm working on a personal project. A rough prototype for a long gestating game idea and I could use some concept support for both characters and environments.

I am a character artist at a studio, but this is entirely personal so any payment is out of my pocket.
I'm hoping to find some great artists who'll do some good work without breaking the bank. Deadlines are very loose and its a fun concept! Dark Sci-Fi theme/cyberpunk with a 1980's vibe.

Update: I'm still looking for some talented 2D Concept artists for both Environments and or Characters.

I know its not a ton, but I'll just say that I'm willing to pay up to 25$/hour for several 8-hour days for qualified candidates.

Update: Since I've not gotten the quality of applicants I'd hoped for, I'm going to bump my offered rate to 40$usd/hour for 20 hours of work, or $800usd total for a color character concept (front & back 3/4).

Update #2: I think I've got what I need for now. Thank you all for your interest, I'll update this thread as my project progresses with any further needs.
