xNormal not baking smoothing groups?

Hey all,
Im working on a model for my final project.
It's unwrapped, each UV island has its own smoothing group, but whenever I bake the maps in xnormal, everything is facetted.

Im using fbx and smoothing groups is checked on so Im not sure what's going on, this worked before for baking maps, now all of a sudden it doesnt wanna work?
