Hello everyone!, I finally decided that open my workshop thread to share my works and colabs, hope you like them!

I'm currently OPEN for any kind of colabs, add me on steam so we can talk ^^
I can take care of the whole process, from Modeling to Texturing and Shading.

I'd like to point that I didn't work in modeling nor anything 3D related in some of the items I have in my workshop, like danideM's rampant and pudge items or Carty the Courier. I helped with trailer postproduction in this items. Credits of those items go to the one's who actually made them haha.

Thanks guys! It's been a huge learning time since I started doing dota 2 items haha(Bounty hunter dagger was my first ever lowpoly weapon). Starting to feel comfortable with the workflow now

Been working today in the back of an Omniknight Set I'm planning to make, this is the idea I've been working on, not 100% sure with it, any C&C it's greatly appreciated ^^.



Black lined parts will be plate armor.

Update on the Highpoly sculpt of an SK sword I'm doing with Stefco. Heavily WIP!

Note*: Those red lines are there to mark a known 'error'. The flesh part it's still floating, just put both the flesh and the blade together to take the WIP screenshot ^^.

Great sculpt. How do you maintain those parallel lines? By hand trial and error? Also, who drew that cconcept? Looks great.

@Snowstorm : Glad you like it, the staff is almost done, having some problems with the particles(I think the problem is on Valve's side, the where working flawlessly till the match patch and now I can't seem to make them work). Resolving the particle problem and final touches in the masks and should be done!.

@Vayne4800: Hey, the parallel lines are mostly trial and error yep, but using the Lazy Mouse function in Zbrush makes them a lot easier to work with. Concept is by Stefco. ^^

Totally reworked the flesh part as I wasn't happy with the result, C&C?


Also here's an in-game update from the Staff, 90% Done, still trying to get the particle's properly positioned. May as well just upload it and leave a msg to Valve :S








PD: I'll probably slow down a bit my updates, got an art test from Gameloft and that's gonna be my full priority this 2 next weeks

Update on the weapon I posted before We switched it from being of Vengeful to Phantom Assasin due to polycount limits(Lovely 600tris LoD1 @ PA). Everything is finished, now it's alextz91's turn on to texturing ^^. Hope you guys like it, really enjoyed making this one and learnt a LOT.

Oh wow! I really thought it was something for OD too! Or possibly ET. Still, looks really cool, and I think that the color scheme looks nice on PA, but maybe a bit more of blue instead of green? Still, that's some minor stuff, I like the overrall result!

Guess It's time for an update already!.

Quick highpoly render done with Keyshot from an Omniknight Set I'm doing with Danidem.

The DK Sword I've also Worked with Danidem just got implemented in the game! At his birthday's!(The weapon was submitted 26 June LAST YEAR XD)

And also, the DotaCinema's Carty courier in which I helped with the trailer postproduction also got included in the same chest as a Chance drop!.

Ooooh I like the look of that omni! Although right now it looks like the seperation is a bit too soft imo. that could be because of the light of the render though. Have you modelled the weapon yet?

What do you mean with separation? And yeah, we alraedy have the weapon done, but saving to show it when the set is fully done Glad you like it!

At fist glance I couldn't really tell the layers of the armor of that makes sense? For example I thought that the helmet was just one piece, not having layers of like gold plating etc. But when I looked at it again on full resolution I could see it. So it doesn't matter.

Ah, yeah, I know what you mean now, and yes, it's because of the rendering, AO was kinda soft, reads perfect in-game! ^^

man, that Omni set looks so gnarly! the helmet makes him look a bit more tough, and that mace is so big, its awesome. great work man!
