Screenshot every x secconds

Hello Polycount, Does anybody know of a program that can screenshot and save it every x seconds?

FRAPS can do this but it seem to only save out my main monitor and not my second, I'm wanting to say which window/screen to capture.

So close with FRAPS but also so far

There is actually monitoring software like Spector (http://www.spectorsoft.com/) that does that. At my last job they had it set to record screenshots of everyone's monitor every few seconds, and they could adjust whether it was low quality black and white jpgs or color in higher res I believe. Might be worth looking into something of that nature if things like Fraps aren't doing what you want.
