Xnormal Ambient Occlusion Problem

Hello I am a newbie to the forum and to 3d asset production in general. I am currently focusing on high poly to low poly production with the use of Zbrush, Max and Xnormal. Now I cant for the life of me figure this one out.

The problem is outlined in the screen shots provided.

The center of the stone Plimth has remained white no matter what settings I have changed. I am currently using ray casting. I have tried it with a bowl and a plane that has been imported with the high poly .obj. and I have use the ray casting estimator tool and added to it slightly. I even have Ignore back facing unchecked.

What do you suggest i should do?

This is probably most definitely me being a newbie.

Please help
