Save icon layouts dual monitors, mine frequently get reset!

So I have this issue at work, I will come in to work and log into my computer and all my desktop icons are randomly shoved over to a single monitor. This also happens when you unplug one of your monitors. Any ways, this was getting really frustrating it started happening every morning for a while and I never turn my computer or monitors off.

I found this software to save the icon locations it's great, works on Win7 and Win8 thought I'd share if anyone else is annoyed by this.
