Seriously though, I used to go to the Post Forums awhile back. But it got lame fairly fast. CGTalk might be your best bet, in terms of a bunch of creatives getting together.
After Effects is a pretty broad program. I don't know what you are looking for but creativecow is good. dvxuser is a filming community if you are using AE for color correction. But yeah just google it.
