ESCAPE - First Strike

So what I'm trying to do is make a town and a forest separated by a bridge. To make things more interesting its going to look alien.
Characters: They are going to be robots.
Background: On a planet, a mysterious robot appeared. The robot was hated by the inhabitants of the planet so they just left the robot in a far away land. After decades of loneliness it decided that it would just copy its own pure personality into another body, thus creating another he can be with. Hundreds and thousands of years later, copies made copies and became so big, that it reached the edge of the original inhabitants' land. So the robots and inhabitants decided, that they will have nothing to do with each other and left each other alone. Eventually some of the robots became bad due to the ills of their society and were sent to a penal colony on the volcanic moon of the planet.
This story takes place hundreds of years later, when the bad robots attack an outlying town of the Robots' settlement.
