3ds max 2012 - file (open/ save) browsing windows won't appear NEED SOLUTION PLS!

hey guys! i hope this is the right place to ask, i've searched the forums and the internet for a solution, but not so much luck yet.
sorry if this has been asked before but i have a bug with 3ds max 2012:
whenever i try to open a file, save my .max file or an image or any file, or open anything within 3ds max, the open window where i can browse files from my computer won't open
i've tried to reinstall 3ds max, deleting the ENU folder and creating a brand new custom ui scheme.. it worked after max reinstall for a while and than it stopped working any more again..
i recorded the problem:

and it's 3ds max 2012 32bit with windows 7 64bit but it worked fine so far, i dunno what happened, i did not install anything new recently

If not, you could try deleting your 3dsmax.ini (close Max, make a backup, delete the original, then restart Max).
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsmax\20##\enu\3dsmax.ini
actually the problem cannot really be the two monitors i think, coz it sometimes works just fine and then goes wrong again + it doesn't appear on my second monitor neither
What OS are you running?
Are you running in compatibility mode?
Have you installed the latest service pack? You only need the latest one which includes all updates.
Do the import/export/merge dialogs work?
Have you tried killing all other running programs and processes?
i don't hit ESC as those browsing windows just don't appear and that is it

yes i have every service package and everything works jsut fine sometimes, and than later it does not even if i restart 3ds max 2012..
no they do not work

2010 works just fine
