A wonderfull mudbox problem..

The title is very sarcastic..

Heres the issue,and thanks to anyone that helps.


The blank spots you see within the black are areas i cannot paint on when my brush is small.Its a REALLY annoying problem that i cannot fix to save my life.It happens with other file types such as obj and fbx.and sending the model to mudbox from max doesnt fix it either.ive messes with the view clipping,scale,texture size,Nothing works! The problem only goes away when i scale my brush up.but i cant get details with a large brush d:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

may i see the uvs... think your objects is also to lowpoly...
try to subdivide it twice without smoothing...

Thanks oglu but i found a work around.It was too low poly like your saying so i had to subdivide.I wouldnt have ever guessed cause i mostly use mudbox for texture painting and not sculpting.
