Cintiq colors off

I apologize in advance if this thread exists, I did a search and couldnt find anything.
Ive been doing some digital painting on my older Cintiq 21 UX, I then checked the colors on my other monitor and they seem significantly dulled and off, almost washed out. The Cintiq and other monitor colors are as close as I could get them, nothing out of the ordinary; I know this is an issue with these models, however I was wondering if anyone has any workarounds? Im hoping simple levels and saturation adjustments once finished will fix this issue, but I am asking the brains here at PC for any other potential solutions?
