3ds Max to MudBox seams

For some reason my "Send To" option is always grayed out, so when painting from Max to MudBox I always have to export as FBX. I export with smoothing groups, and when it gets to MudBox I take care to switch the Material's tangents to the 3ds max Setting (invert green channel), and I also make sure Creases and Hard Edges are checked in the Display. But I still keep getting seams. I use TexTools to unwrap and always use the option to make smoothing groups and uv shells match.

The seams are very light and don't show up in Max using the 3 point shader, but it's still kind of annoying to see, especially when texturing. Any ideas?
