Got a weird viewport shadowing/artefact problem

No normal map applied, it's real-time in the viewport and it has proper lightmap UVs set up.

It's some kind of weird artifacting going on a flat surface when the sun is at an Angle. Does anybody know how to fix this? :poly142:

I've got UDK July 2012.
